Absenteeism/Cancellation/Fees
Member Agencies are to inform MTTU IV of an officer’s cancellation as soon as possible or at least 5 days ahead of the training date. This will assist MTTU IV in notifying others on the standby list to afford them an opportunity to attend training.When agencies do not notify MTTU IV of a cancellation, those on the standby list lose an opportunity to attend training. Cooperation among all agencies regarding this cancellation policy is required to maintain overall effectiveness of MTTU IV training, including cost of materials, handouts, refreshments, instructor fees, and course cancellations.
